Water Damage in Loveland, Ohio

This home in Loveland, Ohio was affected by water damage when a pipe to the water supply line broke. The family room in the finished lower level was damaged. The SERVPRO of Northwest Cincinnati water technicians arrived onsite quickly and assessed the damage. For the restoration process, the technicians removed the wet carpet pad, drywall, and insulation. They extracted water from the carpets and lifted them for after hours drying. Holes to help with wall cavity drying were drilled in the drywall and the air movers and dehumidifers were set up in the area. The water technicians monitored the equipment and, after a couple of days, took moisture readings. It was determined that the area was dry and the equipment was removed. The home is now ready for the structural repairs to begin.
