Water Damage in Greenhills, Ohio

The washing machine at this home in Greenhills, Ohio malfunctioned and caused water damage in the home. The laminate flooring in the hallway and laundry room was affected and SERVPRO of Northwest Cincinnati was called to help. Upon arriving onsite and assessing the damage, the water technicians determined that it was necessary to remove the baseboards and flooring in the affected areas. The crews got to work removing the flooring, applying an antimicrobial agent to the surfaces and setting up air movers and dehumidifiers. The drying equipment was then monitored by the technicians until the moisture readings indicated that the dryout process was complete.
