Large Commercial Water Damage in Cincinnati, Ohio

This was a large commercial water loss at a hotel in downtown Cincinnati. A toilet overflowed in the hotel causing damage to 9 floors of the hotel which was a total of 21 areas. SERVPRO of Northwest Cincinnati responded quickly so that this hotel could get the affected areas back up and running as soon as possible. Throughout this water restoration process, the water technicians performed water extraction, lifted carpets, applied anti-microbial agents, set up air movers and dehumidifiers, and monitored all the drying equipment. Daily readings were taken to check moisture levels and equipment was adjusted accordingly. Once the dry out was complete, the equipment was removed and these areas of the hotel were back in business!
