Water Damage to Commercial Building in Springdale, Ohio

A broken pipe was the cause of the standing water in this commercial property in Springdale, Ohio and SERVPRO of Northwest Cincinnati was called for restoration service. Our water technicians understand the unique challenges of a commercial water damage situation and they responded quickly to the site. When they arrived onsite, they first performed a moisture inspection and then proceeded to extract the standing water from the floors. In this instance, it was necessary to remove the flooring and portions of the drywall. In order to ensure that the dryout process was thorough and complete, they set up air movers, air scrubbers and dehumidifiers in the affected areas. They carefully monitored the equipment by taking moisture readings. Once the areas were dry, they removed the equipment and the property was ready for any necessary structural repairs.
