Mold in Greenhills, Ohio Property

The window air conditioner unit at this property in Greenhills, Ohio leaked for awhile before being discovered. As a result, mold was found on the drywall below the unit. SERVPRO of Northwest Cincinnati was called to perform mold remediation services. Our crews set up containment on the damaged area and then removed the drywall and insulation. After the drywall was removed, the area was cleaned with a biocide and HEPA vacuum. The AC unit was removed and insulation and drywall was then installed over the opening.
