Mold Damage in Glendale, Ohio

The owners of this home in Glendale, Ohio contacted SERVPRO of Northwest Cincinnati when they discovered mold in their home. This mold issue was caused by a previous water loss that occurred as a result of a broken pipe. In this instance, SERVPRO did not perform the water restoration services, but was called for mold remediation services when the mold was found a few months later. Our crews first placed a containment barrier to make sure the mold did not spread during remediation. Then they removed the walls up to two feet up to help rid the home of contaminants. Airscrubbers were placed to pull mold spores out and clean the air. HEPA vacuuming was performed and floors, ceilings and other surfaces were all cleaned.
