Water Damage in Springdale, Ohio

A pipe burst in this commercial property located in Springdale, Ohio and caused extensive water damage throughout the building. Three classrooms, three hallways, two bathrooms and the boiler room were all affected. For restoration of this hallway in the building, the water technicians first put up containment barriers and then began tearing out the wet paneling, insulation, baseboards and carpeting. All debris was bagged for disposal. They extracted the water from the floors and then cleaned the wall studs and floors. An anti-microbial agent was applied to all the surfaces in order to prevent a future mold issue. Air scrubbers and air movers were set up and monitored for complete dry out. Once complete, all the equipment was removed and the building is ready for structural repairs.
