Water Damage to Condominiums in Cincinnati, Ohio

Condominiums in Cincinnati, Ohio were affected by water damage when a toilet overflowed in one of the units. In this unit, the bath, hallway, foyer and two closets were all affected. The before photo shows the damage to the bathroom ceiling. The bubbling and peeling of the wet drywall is evident in the photo. The after photo shows the ceiling after the SERVPRO water technicians removed the damaged section of the drywall. The drying equipment was then strategically placed in the bathroom so that the area could be dried effectively. Once the process was complete, the equipment was removed and the area was ready for structural repairs. The property manager was very thankful for our prompt service!
