Water Damage to Commercial Property in Cincinnati, Ohio
A broken sprinkler system at a commercial property in Cincinnati, Ohio caused water damage throughout the building. Four floors of the building were affected. SERVPRO of Northwest Cincinnati is available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week for emergency situations like this one. Understanding the urgency of the situation, our SERVPRO water technicians arrived onsite around 9:00PM to begin the water mitigation process. To get the process started, they brought in the drying equipment, extracted water to keep it from spreading and removed cove base. The photos show the drying equipment that was brought into the building, lined up and ready to be placed in the affected areas. The second photo shows one area after extraction was done, cove base was removed, and the drying equipment was set in place.
